have decided to focus the next part of my journey on helping my self to achieve what I am meant to do in life.\u00a0 Part of this includes creating self-awareness and learning so that I may create exponential growth.\u00a0 I believe that in order to help others achieve this growth I have to constantly do this for myself.\u00a0 After 25 years of struggling with addiction, I decided to change the thing that was destroying my freedom and happiness.\u00a0 This change meant I needed to start working on myself and to start giving back to the stream of life.\u00a0 Today I am free of the bondage of self that led me down this dark path, and I am constantly learning more and more about myself as this journey progresses. Part of this journey was becoming trained as a practitioner or professional helper.\u00a0 Some of my training has led me to start my own coaching practice. and counselling field of addiction<\/li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit;\"><p>Experienced in group facilitation and family
